Welcome to Hugs4Smiles USA
Hugs4Smiles USA is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to offer support to any troops, and/or the families of those troops, who find themselves in need of this support.
This organization had operated, and achieved these goals solely through the help of caring volunteers until around the end of 2008. Over time, as word about Hugs4Smiles spread, the ability to find enough volunteers to support the number of requests coming in caused the Board of Hugs to rethink the "volunteers only" approach. In the last quarter of 2008, Hugs4Smiles USA filed for, and was granted, non-profit status by the IRS.
